Kabul: On Tuesday, Afghanistan’s premier intelligence agency the NDS claimed to have arrested at least 26 members of the Islamic State Khorasan (ISKP) group from different areas of Kabul in an intelligence-based operation (IBO).

The arrest of such large number of ISKP members from the capital of Kabul raises new questions about the war in Afghanistan.

UPDATE: Following initial reports about the arrest of at least 26 ISKP militants in Kabul, NDS released images of the arrested militants.
