Afghanistan: On Tuesday a blast targeted an election rally in Lashkargah, Helmand’s provincial capital. At least five people have been reportedly killed while seven others were wounded.

The blast occurred after Taliban vowed to disrupt the election process in Afghanistan.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for Tuesday’s blast.
