UK: New CCTV footage that has emerged recently shows Khalid Masood’s final days of preparation before he carried out the car ramming plus stabbing attack in Westminster on 22nd March 2017. The 52-year-old Khalid Masood stabbed Pc Palmer, 48 after ploughing into Kurt Cochran, 54, Leslie Rhodes, 75, Aysha Frade, 44, and Andreea Cristea, 31, on Westminster Bridge in a rented 4×4 vehicle, causing fatal injuries.

Before carrying out the attack, Masood told his children that he was ‘going to die fighting for God’.

Six days before the attack, Masood took out the rented Hyundai Tucson he would later use in his rampage and also bought knives that he would use to stab people after ramming them with his rented car before driving from Birmingham to Wales to visit his mother, Janet Ajao. Masood’s final words to his mothwr were: ‘They will say I’m a terrorist. I’m not.’

It was revealed that Masood had a criminal and violent past and also did time in jail. He took steroids before carrying out the attack, the court was told.

Masood was shot dead by the police after he carried out the attack.
