One NATO soldier dead, two others injured in another insider attack in Afghanistan

Afghanistan: One Czech NATO soldier has been killed and another two wounded when an Afghan Army soldier opened fire on them in Shindand airbase in Herat province of Afghanistan on Monday.

The incident has been confirmed by Resolute Support mission as well as Czech Defense Ministry.

This attack comes less than a week after the insider attack in Kandahar, claimed by Taliban, which killed nearly all top leadership of the province.

UPDATE:

Taliban officially claimed responsibility for the attack, saying that one of their infiltrators named Wahidullah from Nangarhar carried out the attack.
