Pakistan: Counter-terrorism Department (CTD) in Karachi city on Sunday arrested a member of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) group from Mansehra Colony area.

The suspect has been identified as Rehmat Ullah and is involved in facilitating TTP attacks in Karachi by carrying out surveillance of the targets, collecting funds for TTP operations and providing sanctuary to other TTP operatives who came to Karachi to carry out attacks.

The suspect has been moved to an undisclosed location for further interrogation.

CTD is also looking for three of his other accomplices named Naik Mohammad, Hidayat Ullah and Aurangzeb.
