India-administered Kashmir: On Wednesday it was reported that cousin of Zakir Musa, the emir of Al-Qaeda linked Ansar Ghazwatul Hind, has been arrested by Indian forces, along with his two other associates, from Jalandhar area of Jammu & Kashmir.

All three suspects are engineering students. The students were nabbed from the hostel of CT Institute of Engineering Management and Technology, located in Shahpur on the outskirts of Jalandhar.

Authorities also seized two weapons, including an Assault Rifle, and explosives from the hostel room of B.Tech (Civil) student of second semester, Zahid Gulzar, resident of Rajpora, PS Awantipora, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.

All three students are believed to be members of Ansar Ghazwatul Hind while one of them is believed to be a cousin of emir of Ansar Ghazwatul Hind Zakir Musa.

The news has been confirmed by official media arm of Ansar Ghazwatul Hind, the Al-Hurr Media.
